What "certified" means here

A certified translation includes a signed statement from the translator affirming that the translation is complete and accurate and that they are competent in both languages.

If the receiving agency also wants that statement notarized, a different notary notarizes the translator's signature, because a notary can't notarize their own signature.

Court-certified interpreting for legal proceedings is a separate credential we don't offer.

Questions

Will USCIS accept your translation?

USCIS asks for a full English translation with a translator's certification of competence and accuracy, which is what we provide. We only translate. We don't prepare or advise on immigration forms or applications.

Do you translate languages other than Spanish?

Our in-house work is Spanish ⇄ English. For other languages, we can refer you to trusted translators.

Is my document kept confidential?

Yes. Files are shared only with the translator assigned and are deleted from working folders after delivery, apart from the copy we keep as a record of the certification.
