- Contact and booking details: name, email, phone, appointment location, preferred language, and your message.
- Notary records: for notarial acts, we record information such as the signer's name, address, type of ID, and the date and type of act in our notary journal.
- Documents you provide: copies of documents for translation, apostille, filing, or typing.
- Property information: if you contact us about selling a property, its address and details you share.
- Website data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited). The prep checklist runs in your browser, and we don't receive your selections.
How we use it
- To quote, schedule, and perform the services you request.
- To submit documents to government agencies on your behalf, such as the Florida Department of State.
- To keep records required by law and to answer questions or complaints later.
- To evaluate and make offers on properties you ask us about.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only as needed with government agencies you've asked us to file with, couriers, contracted notaries or translators working on your order (bound by confidentiality), title companies on a property transaction, and authorities when required by law.
Retention and security
Notary journals and business records are kept for the periods required or recommended under Florida law. Working copies of your documents are deleted when no longer needed. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Please don't send ID images or sensitive documents through our website form.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete your information, except records we must keep by law. Email support@varonalegalservices.us.
Children
Our website isn't directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
