Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms apply to varonalegalservices.us and to services provided by Varona Legal Services and Investments Inc. ("we," "us"), 1571 SW Urbino Ave, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953. Your written quote controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Not a law firm
We are not a law firm, and our staff are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Florida. We do not give legal advice, select forms or documents for you, draft custom legal documents, prepare immigration forms, or represent you before any court or agency. Using our services does not create an attorney–client relationship. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
Notary services
- Notarial acts are performed under Chapter 117, Florida Statutes. Notary fees do not exceed the amounts allowed by law, and travel fees are quoted separately in advance.
- A notary may refuse to notarize if identification is unsatisfactory, the signer appears unwilling or unaware, the document is incomplete, or the notary has a disqualifying interest or relationship.
- Notarizing a signature doesn't verify that a document is accurate, legal, or valid.
Apostille, translation, typing, and filing services
- Government processing times and acceptance decisions are outside our control. Government fees are paid at cost.
- Translations are certified as accurate by the translator. The receiving agency decides acceptance.
- Document preparation is limited to typing information you provide onto forms you select, as permitted for nonlawyers in Florida.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
Real estate purchases
When we make an offer on property, we act as a principal buying for our own account, not as a broker or agent for the seller. Any purchase is governed solely by the signed purchase contract. Sellers are encouraged to seek independent legal and real estate advice.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact support@varonalegalservices.us or (772) 879-4316. We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and respond in writing within 10 business days. If a dispute isn't resolved, either party may request non-binding mediation in St. Lucie County with a mutually agreed mediator, with the mediator's fee shared equally, before filing a claim. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a government agency or filing in small claims court.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delays or rejections by government agencies.
Website
The prep checklist and website content are general information only and are not legal advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for any dispute is St. Lucie County, Florida.
