Refund Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
We want every order completed correctly. This policy explains when refunds apply.
Cancellations
- Mobile appointments cancelled at least 4 hours in advance: full refund of any prepayment.
- If we arrive and can't perform the notarization for reasons outside our control (for example, the signer has no acceptable ID or the document is incomplete), the travel fee is earned, but no notary fee is charged.
- Translation, typing, and filing orders cancelled before work begins are refunded in full. If work has started, we refund the unworked portion.
Government and third-party fees
State filing fees, apostille fees, and courier charges are passed through at cost and are generally non-refundable once submitted, because the agency or carrier doesn't return them.
Our errors
If a certificate, translation, or typed form contains an error on our part, we'll correct it at no charge. If our error causes a government rejection, we'll resubmit at our cost, including government fees, or refund our service fee for that order.
Rejections outside our control
If an agency or foreign authority rejects a document for reasons outside our control, such as their own requirements or information you supplied, our service fee is not refundable. We'll still help you understand the rejection and what to do next.
Billing errors
Tell us within 60 days of payment. Confirmed overcharges are refunded within 10 business days.
How to request a refund
Email support@varonalegalservices.us or call (772) 879-4316 with your name, order date, and the reason. We acknowledge within 1 business day and respond in writing within 10 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
Disputes
If you disagree with our decision, see the dispute resolution section of our Terms of Service.
