Investments

A straightforward buyer for homes that need a different path.

We buy single-family homes and small residential properties in St. Lucie County for our own portfolio, as-is, without repairs, showings, or open houses.

When a direct sale can make sense

  • The home needs repairs you'd rather not make
  • An inherited property you don't plan to keep
  • A rental you're ready to stop managing
  • A relocation with a fixed timeline
  • You value certainty and a flexible closing date over top-of-market price

A direct sale to an investor usually means a lower price than a fully marketed, retail sale. We'll be upfront about that. Many sellers are better served by listing with an agent.

  • We never pressure you to sign, and we encourage you to have the contract reviewed by your own attorney or agent.
  • Our document-services staff never notarize or prepare documents for a property transaction in which the company is a party.
  • Closings are handled by an independent, licensed title or escrow company.

Questions

Do I pay commissions or fees?

We don't charge sellers a fee, and no commission is due on a direct sale. How closing costs are split is stated clearly in the written offer.

Do you buy homes facing foreclosure?

We may, but if you're behind on payments, please talk with a HUD-approved housing counselor or attorney first. They may know options that let you keep the home.

What areas do you buy in?

Mainly Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce, and sometimes Martin County.
