Varona Legal Services and Investments Inc. was incorporated in Florida in 2022 and is based in Port St. Lucie. The company does two things.
Document services. We help people complete the administrative side of important paperwork: notarizing signatures, preparing apostille requests, translating records between Spanish and English, typing state-approved forms, and filing business documents with the state. Many of our clients are families handling a move, a property transaction, or a document needed in another country.
Real estate investment. Separately, the company buys residential property in St. Lucie County for its own portfolio, often homes that need repairs or sellers who need a simpler, faster sale.
Across both, we hold ourselves to the same rules: be clear about what we are and aren't, put fees in writing, and never let anyone leave confused about their next step.
