Get your Florida business paperwork filed accurately and on time, so you can focus on the work itself.
We submit Articles of Organization or Incorporation with the details you've decided on: name, principal address, registered agent, and managers or officers.
Florida annual reports are due between January 1 and May 1. We'll file yours and send reminders each year if you'd like.
Changes of address, registered agent, managers, or officers filed as you direct.
Registration of a trade name, including a reminder about the newspaper advertisement Florida requires beforehand.
Bringing an administratively dissolved company back to active status.
Certificates of status and certified copies, with an apostille if you need them abroad.
Choosing an entity type, drafting an operating agreement, and planning for taxes are legal and financial decisions. We'll file what you've decided, but we can't advise you on those choices. Talk with an attorney or CPA first. State filing fees are paid to the Florida Department of State and listed separately on your quote.
The state charges a late fee for many entity types. If the report still isn't filed, the company can be administratively dissolved later in the year. File early to avoid both.
We don't offer registered agent service. You can serve as your own if you have a Florida street address and are available during business hours, or use a commercial registered agent.
We can point you to the right agencies, such as the IRS for EINs and the city and county for local business tax receipts. Applications are submitted by you.
