Neat, complete, correctly typed forms you've already chosen, prepared from the information you give us.
We are not lawyers and cannot give you legal advice. Under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, a nonlawyer may type information into forms approved by the Supreme Court of Florida, using only what you write or tell us. We can't tell you which form to use, whether you should file, what to put in it, or what will happen next. Before helping with family law forms, we give you the Florida Supreme Court's Disclosure from Nonlawyer form to read and sign, and our name, address, and phone number appear on each form we help prepare.
These are examples of form sets published by the Florida courts. You select the form, usually from the court's self-help website or on an attorney's or clerk's direction, and bring it with your completed information.
