Who we are
Varona Legal Services and Investments Inc. is a Port St. Lucie company founded in 2022. We help individuals, families, and small businesses complete the administrative side of important paperwork: notarizing, authenticating, translating, typing, and filing it correctly.
Services
Acknowledgments, jurats, and loan signing appointments at your home, office, or care facility.
We prepare and submit Florida documents to the Department of State for use abroad.
Spanish ⇄ English translations of vital records, diplomas, and more, with a signed certificate of accuracy.
Typing services for Florida Supreme Court–approved forms, using only the information you provide.
Help filing LLC and corporation documents, annual reports, and fictitious names with the state.
We buy residential property in St. Lucie County as-is, on timelines that work for sellers.
How it works
Call, text, or send a request with the document type and where it will be used.
You get a written quote covering our service fee, any state or courier fees, and travel.
Bring the right ID, originals, and signers using our prep checklist.
We complete the work, keep a notary journal entry where applicable, and deliver or track submissions until they're done.
The investments side
We purchase residential property in Port St. Lucie and nearby, as-is, for our own portfolio. There's no obligation and no pressure. We encourage every seller to compare options and have their own agent or attorney review the contract.
How we buyImportant
Despite "legal services" in our company name, we are not a law firm. Knowing the line protects you.

No. In many Latin American countries a notario público is a lawyer. In Florida, a notary public is not an attorney and can't give legal advice. Be cautious of anyone offering legal or immigration help as a "notario."
Yes. The signer must be alert, able to communicate, and willing to sign, and must have acceptable ID or credible witnesses as Florida law allows. Call ahead so we can confirm the facility's visiting rules.
It depends on the document and the Florida Department of State's current processing times. We'll give you a realistic estimate when you book and update you as it moves.
